• Advised and represented a Company in nullification of an arbitration award at the Primary, Appeal and Supreme Court. This matter has received substantial coverage in global publications and by international law firms in the field of international arbitration.
• Represented a Corporation before the Omani courts to recover the amount of the encashed performance bond.
• The firm has been listed on the panel of local counsel for Clyde & Co for their Oman litigation.
• Advised and represented several Telecommunications Company on their commercial dispute resolution matters in the Primary, Appeal and Supreme Court throughout the Sultanate of Oman.
• Advised and represented a prominent bank in Muscat on their commercial dispute resolution matters in the Primary, Appeal and Supreme Court throughout the Sultanate of Oman.
• Advised and represented a Private School in all their labour and commercial disputes in the Primary, Appeal and Supreme Court.
• Advised and represented an engineering company in all their labour and commercial disputes in the Primary, Appeal and Supreme Court.
• Represented Companies as defendants in a suit filed by Omagine Inc.
• Acted as counsel for an electricity transmission company in commercial litigation against a prominent bank in Muscat in respect of enforcement of a bank guarantee.
• Supervised Omani court litigation in respect of a tax dispute pending before the Supreme Court of Oman.
