Additionally, we offer expertise in advising on large infrastructure and natural resource projects, including water treatment plants, pipelines, roads, ports, airports, and telecommunication networks.

Our regional team supports lenders and developers involved in privatization projects, providing advice on Public-Private Partnership (PPP) models, the development of project risk profiles, and the preparation of project documents, tender documents, and project closing reports. We work closely with technical and financial advisers to structure the most efficient and effective approach for each project, ensuring that risk allocation is both practical and bankable. We also assist in tender evaluations, assessments, and responding to bidders' comments.

With extensive experience in PPP models, including Build-Own-Operate (BOO) and Build-Own-Operate-Transfer (BOOT) projects, we help bidders conduct thorough project due diligence and prepare reports on project documents and risk matrices. We also advise on corporate structures and provide pre-bid and sector-specific guidance to present a bankable project structure to lenders.

• Advised a government entity in relation to the development of a vehicle weighing, tracking, and certification system in the country on a PPP basis.
