Mr. Ali Sohail is an associate at the firm and is part of the corporate and commercial team.

He joined the firm in 2023 and focuses primarily on non-contentious matters including company formations, branch registrations, employment matters, contract reviews, amendments to documents, drafting agreements, preparing memorandums, document translations, AML compliance tasks, annual firm submissions for Legal 500 & Chambers Global, administrative work, undertaking legal research, researching new law developments and research on legal tenders for the firm's business development.

Prior to joining the firm, he worked in corporate and general practice law firms in Pakistan, during which time he gained diverse experience. He is admitted as a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MClArb) and has graduated with a Master of Laws LL.M. Degree in Law from Leeds Beckett University, United Kingdom.

He speaks both English and Urdu and is primarily based out of Pakistan.
