Manahil is an associate at MAR Law UAE. Prior to joining, she has significant international experience working cross culturally across Pakistan, UK and South Korea.

She was called to the bar at the Honourable Society of Lincolns inn and is an Advocate of the High Courts in Pakistan.

Her litigation and dispute resolution experience is extensive, ranging from representing a hydroelectric power plant in a successful ICC Arbitration to defending high-profile individuals in the Anti-Terrorism Court. She has also contributed to high-level jurisprudence research for Supreme Court petitions. Her diverse practice includes advising multinational technology and e-commerce companies on telecommunications practices in Pakistan, as well as drafting and negotiating complex shareholder and equity investment agreements.

She has previously worked on high-stakes criminal defence cases and asset forfeiture in the UK and conducted cross-border M&A due diligence for global brands such as Louis Vuitton and Lululemon in South Korea. She is a member of the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn and an enrolled Advocate High Court of the Punjab Bar Council.

She speaks English, Urdu/Hindi and Punjabi.
